AFTER BREXIT : THE IMPLICATIONS FOR EMPLOYMENT, PUBLIC AND REGULATORY LAW
Our speakers will be Richard Clayton QC and Athelstane Aamodt who both practice at 4-5 Grays’ Inn Square, Richard Clayton undertakes a wide range of work both for an against public bodies in the areas of community care, data protection, discrimination and public sector equality duties, education, environmental and human rights. He is the author of a number of books including the authoritative Law of Human Rights with Hugh Tomlinson QC often cited by the Supreme Court. Athelstane Aamodt specialises in employment law, media and entertainment and sports law. He is regularly retained to negotiate and draft contracts on behalf of film and television companies.
